At Maimartt, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your furniture, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible purchases.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@maimartt.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
Custom or personalized furniture
Final sale or clearance items
Items that show signs of use or damage
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@maimartt.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
