1. Returns

  • If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

3. Refunds & Credits

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs) within 7 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in less-than-new condition or missing original packaging, at our discretion.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If items arrive defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover shipping costs to return the item and will issue a full refund or replacement.

6. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items, digital products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Personal care items may also be non-returnable due to health and hygiene regulations.
