2. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
3. Refunds & Credits
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs) within 7 business days.
- Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in less-than-new condition or missing original packaging, at our discretion.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If items arrive defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover shipping costs to return the item and will issue a full refund or replacement.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items, digital products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Personal care items may also be non-returnable due to health and hygiene regulations.
